Once you have purchased your course, and you see the screen at left that is an invoice you should receive two e-mails at the account you entered in the required information.
At Wisdom & Associates, Inc. we receive a copy of your invoice but not your class link, this way we know the e-mails were sent out to you. If you keep checking and shortly after you purchase the course (no more than 30 min) you still do not have an e-mail from admin@wisdomandassociates.com please check your junk e-mail box to make sure your filter has not identified your invoice and class link as mail you may not want.
If after waiting and checking your junk e-mail box you still do not see an e-mail, please contact us by e-mail at classinfo@alaska.net or by calling us directly Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm Alaska Standard Time at 907-283-0629-we will be happy to assist you.
In your e-mail you will see two e-mails from adminsitrator@wisdomandassociates.com One of the e-mails will be a link to your class, the second e-mail will be a receipt with your username and password.
To view your course, you will need to open the e-mail that looks like the one at left. The blue underlined link is your link to the course. Click on this and it will take you to the Breeze login screen which is the method the class is delivered.
At the Breeze login screen, seen at left, you will need to login with your e-mail address and your password. If you have forgotten what you entered for your username and password, you can look in the copy of your invoice for this information.
If you bypass this screen and it takes you directly to the next screen that is okay, the computer has stored your login information and will take you directly to your account within Breeze.
The invoice copy as seen at left, highlight in the red box is where you will find your username and password to login to your course.
When this next screen appears, it means you have logged into your breeze account, listed here are the courses you're enrolled in.
To view your class simply click on the class title or on the button saying open which are both highlighed in the red box at left.
If you have multiple courses you will be able to see additional information about he class before opening it when you click on the title. If you've clicked on the class you'd like to take the next screen at left will appear, this has the course despcription and other information about it. To view your course click on the 'Course URL' which is highlighted in the red box to the left.
When you click on the 'Course URL' a new screen will open that looks like the one at left. This is the course that is loading to play.
The first few slides will guide you through how to use the breeze presentation and teach you how to pause the presentation and go back if you miss something.
If you need to enter your class again but you can't find the e-mail link you can always go directly to breeze.wisdomandassociates.com and use your username (e-mail) and password to also access your class
