Once you have found a class you would like to buy, you begin the purchase process by clicking on the course you would like to buy from a screen that looks like the one at left.
Click on the class you would like to purchase, in this example we'll purchase the '2003 International Residential Code, Building Planning 1' Well view more information about this class by clicking directly on the class name or the picture, as shown in the area highlight in the red box in the picture at left.
When we click on the class we'd like to purchase the screen at left appears, we're going to double check that it's approved for our license type by examining the information in the yellow box in the picture at left.
After we've determined that this class will fulfill our continuing education needs, we then will go to the bottom of this screen and either 'Buy Now' or 'Wish List' if you are just searching for classes you'd like to take in the future, add it to your wish list, you can come back later and go right to your wish list instead of having to find the class again. For purposes of this help however, we are going to buy the class now. You will find where the 'Buyu Now' button is highlighted in red box in the picture at left.
After clicking 'Buy Now' you will come to your shopping cart. This is a list of the classes you are going to purchase. If there is a class in your shopping basket that you do not want to purchase you will need to check mark it in the Remove column and then click update. If the class you want to purchase is the only one listed you can proceed with checkout, by clicking the button that is highlighted in yellow in the picture at left.
When you click check out a window will pop up saying that you are about to leave to a secure site, this simply means that any information you enter from here on will be secure over the internet and encoded so that ti makes it very difficult for hackers to obtain the information. By clicking OK you will proceed.
Once you have acknowledge that you are moving to a secure site, where your information will be protected you'll need to enter the information to process your credit card. The fields with a red required by them will require accurate information. Failure to enter accurate information or leave out of a required field will result in your credit card being charged but failure to receive a link to your class.
If you are a returning customer you should click the link highlighted in the red box at left, this will bring up all your old information and only require you to enter your e-mail address and password.
Whether you're a returning customer or a new customer, when your information has been entered, you will be directed to the next screen at left. This is the payment screen where you will need to enter your payment information. Again make sure the information is correct as if there is an error in the information your credit card will still be charged however you will not receive the link to your class. Double check that the total amount is correct and you have not added another lass to your basket or purchased the same class more than once.
Upon entering your credit card information click the Place Your Order Now button highlighted in the red box. Upon hitting this button your credit card will be charged and a new screen will give you a receipt and tell you to check you e-mail.
In your e-mail you will see two e-mails from adminsitrator@wisdomandassociates.com One of the e-mails will be a link to your class, the second e-mail will be a receipt with your username and password.
