After completing your course - which means you have completed all of the following;
-Viewed ALL of the slides in your course (in their entirety)
-Answered all the quiz questions within your course
-Completed all your quiz questions with a combined total of 80% correct or better

If you have completed all of these itmes in your course you will find your certificate (and any certificates from past classes) by going to www.WisdomAndAssociates.com/Certificates or you can click here to go there now.

When you are at the certificate access screen it will ask for a UserID and Password.
Your UserID is your e-mail address, the same address/UserID that you used to login to your course. The password is also the same password that you used to access your class.

Once you login to the certificate screen you will see a table with the following information about the class(es) that you have taken.

Printing Your Certificate
To view and print your certificate, simply click on the underlined certificate number, this will take you to a new screen where you will simply print the screen.

Status - Time Requirement Not Met
If your screen has a status that says Time Requirement Not Met it means that you have not completed your course (see example below)- you may have answered the quiz questions, scored an 80% or better, but you did not view and listen to every slide in its entirety. In order for us to give credit for a couse, state licensing boards required that you have the same amount of time spent taking an online class as you would if you were in a classroom. Every slide must be viewed in its entirety as we have carefully timed these the meet the state licensing requirements for continuing education credit. To remedy this you will need to take the course again, and complete the quiz questions again. Each time through the class from the begining is seen as a different session so all the requirements of viewing the slides and answering quiz questions must be met.

Status - In-Progress or 1 (of 15) Unanswered
When your certificate status says in progress and lists how many questions have been answered out of a total quiz question court it means that your course is incomplete. In order to obtain a certificate you must answer all of the quiz questions, score an 80% or better on those questions and view each of the slides in their entirety to receive a certificate. To remedy this, login to your class again from here (breeze.wisdomandassociates.com) and view the remainder of your course.
